Friday, the 8th of February, the students of the TBTH class held an 'Irish themed evening' in the school restaurant with their teacher Frederic Bernard.
The waiters and waitresses put on their Irish hats and their shiny green ties to serve their guests, many students served their own parents, some of who traveled quite a bit to get to Saint Chély to taste the Irish specialties on the menu. The tables were decorated nicely with sheep salt and pepper cellars, each one tattooed with a Shamrock (well known Irish symbol), sitting on the green green grass of Ireland.
During this time, the cooks were busy getting the meal ready. On the menu -created by Mr. Fabrice Osty- were numerous Irish specialties produced with the best Irish ingredients of this beautiful country, like for example the delicious Irish stew, accompanied by a Guinness, the very famous Irish beer.
The evening turned out very well with a good Irish atmosphere, and lots of traditional music. Parents, other guests and students all had a very pleasant evening.
